WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
We are currently based in Richmond, Surrey, United Kingdom. We are a web-based company and do not have a retail outlet. Please email us at info@azesha.com if you have any queries.
IS ALL OF YOUR JEWELLERY STERLING SILVER?
All of our jewellery is sterling silver. Most items are hallmarked 925 but others are too small to be hallmarked.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
At present we do not have a catalogue but are hoping to in the future.
Are your items gift boxed?
We gift box all of our jewellery individually with the exception of charms. Charms are packaged in individual gift pouches. You can request charms to be boxed individually or together instead by providing this information in the comments box when checking out.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
We do not generally sell wholesale but if you are interested in purchasing large quantities then feel free to email us at info@azesha.com and we may be able to provide a discount but no promises!
I CAN'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR, CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM FOR ME?
Especially with charms, we can often order an item in for you so please email us at info@azesha.com if you cannot find what you're looking for.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ITEMS OF USA AND UK ORIGIN?
We stock charms manufactured in the US and UK. The US charms have a slightly oxidised finish meaning the detail is more accentuated. You can put both UK and US charms on the same bracelet but some people may prefer to purchase charms of one origin only.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order for jewellery items but we usually offer free gifts for spending over certain amounts.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please email info@azesha.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes but you will be able to return any items once you have received your order.
I HAVE SPENT THE REQUIRED AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR FREE GIFTS BUT THEY ARE NOT APPEARING IN MY BASKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We add free gifts when processing your order. The free gifts will not be visible when you check out so please do not add these items to your cart as you will be charged for them.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay by card securely through the website using Paypal or if you wish you can email us your order and we can provide you with details for sending a cheque or postal order. We usually only accept cheques or postal orders in pounds sterling. In exceptional circumstances we may accept other currencies and cash which is sent at the buyers own risk. Cheques are generally subject to a 4 day clearance and items will not be sent until after this period. We only accept payment by card online through our website so please do not email your card details. Customers outside UK are advised to use our online checkout service.
IS PAYMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
Payment through the website is made through PAYPAL and is secure. If you are still unsure visit www.paypal.co.uk for more details.
WILL I BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY?
All shipments to US and Rest of World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We try to help avoid these charges for you but advise you to find out about customs charges for your country before ordering.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?
Worldwide Delivery is only £1 for any size of order !
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our maximum delivery times (for items in stock) are 10 days within UK and 18 days for International orders but items usually arrive much earlier. However if you require your items sooner then please email us at info@azesha.comand we can arrange fast delivery.
I NEED MY ORDER SOONER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you require delivery for a specific time then please enter this information in the comments box upon checkout or email us at info@azesha.com prior to ordering and we will inform you if we cannot meet your deadline.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED WITHIN THE MAXIMUM STATED DELIVERY TIMES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING POSTAL DIFFICULTIES WITH ROYAL MAIL, WILL THIS AFFECT MY ORDER?
Please notify us if you have been experiencing postal difficulties with Royal Mail in UK as we may use an alternative delivery method.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can have a refund or exchange on any item returned within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the safe return of items via recorded delivery. There is a £0.50 restocking fee per item which is returned for a refund and is not faulty. There are no restocking fees if you are wanting to exchange items. Postage costs incurred from returning an item will only be reimbursed if the item was faulty or damaged. Refunds are issued upon the safe return of your goods.
